Centered on our theme, Beacons of Hope, join us for three enriching days of inspiration, networking, prayer, and formation as we begin the new catechetical year together.

Thursday & Friday (August 21–22): For Parish Catechetical Staff
All parish catechetical staff—anyone serving in a staff role in the Archdiocese, including ministry to children, teens, families, adults, and more—are asked to attend these two core days. Highlights include:

*Keynote presentations from nationally recognized speaker Julianne Stanz

*Mass with Archbishop Jeffrey Grob (Friday)

*Office updates and ministry insights

*Dynamic workshops and mini sessions

*Exhibitor hall and dedicated networking time


Saturday, August 23: Formation Day for Leaders & Catechists
Equip your parish team! This day is designed for catechists, team leaders, and core volunteers. Following the successful format of previous years, the day will feature:

*Inspiring keynote presentations

*Workshop tracks tailored for children’s, youth, and adult ministry—at both basic and advanced levels

Come be renewed in spirit, strengthened in mission, and connected with others who serve. We can’t wait to see you there!

Catechetical Leaders: If you register to attend Saturday August 23rd and pre-register at least three (3) Catechists, we will comp your Saturday Registration Fee.  You will receive an email closer to the conference to collect their registration information.  This pre-registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Must register by July 2nd.

Workshop Selections

You do not need to make any selections at this time.  You will recieve an email around mid-July asking you to make your workshop selections.  

Meals

Please let us know which you meals you plan to partake in so we can give accurate numbers to our caterers.

Individual Conference registration canceled on or before August 11, 2024 is refundable but subject to a $5 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling after August 11 will not receive a refund.
