Religious Emblems/Awards Order Form

Please use this form to order Boy Scout Emblems, Girl Scout Workbooks & Medal/Patches, and American Heritage Girl Patch/Medals. As of 1/17/24, there is no long a cost to order emblems/medals/patches. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee has found funding through the Catholic Stewardship Apeal to cover these costs.
