Thank you for participating in the Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl this Lent!

We appreciate your efforts to promote this program at your Parish/School. Your CRS Rice Bowl contributions support projects that assist those in need overseas and here in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.

Seventy-five Percent (75%)
of your CRS Rice Bowl contributions are sent to Catholic Relief Services to help fund development projects overseas
that help increase and maintain communities' access to food.

Twenty-five Percent (25%)
of your CRS Rice Bowl contributions fund local poverty and hunger alleviation programs
in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
Local 25% Donation Options

We ask all participating Parishes and Schools to submit this completed form along with their donation to CRS Rice Bowl by June 30.

We encourage individuals to make checks payable to their Parish/School. The Parish/School will then send in one check for the CRS Rice Bowl funds. Please do not combine funds from any other collections.

Send 75% of the CRS Rice Bowl funds collected via a check made payable to the ARCHDIOCESE OF MILWAUKEE
