GalileeU is for ordinary Catholics who desire to live an extraordinary faith. GalileeU Sessions offer training in the essentials for making Jesus' mission your mission and living the life of a missionary disciple.

Prayer is at the heart of missionary discipleship. This impact session will aid you in learning how to pray in light of the tradition of the Church, explore the dispositions of a prayerful heart, and give you opportunities to encounter Christ through prayer in a powerful way.

In this session, learn what we believe about Holy Eucharist, its centrality to our relationship with Jesus, common misconceptions or questions about these teachings, and how to charitably discuss and defend these truths with others.
