Why Come?

Whether you are a new small group leader, a leader-in-training, or a veteran leader wanting to brush up on skills and best practices, this 90-minute session will help you to hone your facilitation skills, learn how to respond to challenging small group situations, and explore ways to build you small group into a community which helps people fall in love with Christ, follow as disciples, and help others to do the same.

7:00pm Welcome, opening prayer, & networking
