Our speaker Christina Valenzuela of Pearl & Thistle brings 10+ years of experience teaching Natural Family Planning to this casual and fun evening workshop.
You'll learn:
- how fertility and menstrual cycle patterns change after age 35
- the stages of perimenopause
- charting signs to look for
- why and how to chart your cycles for health, self knowledge, or family planning
- what to expect with NFP during perimenopause
