Rite of Election 2025

The 2025 Combined Rites of Election & Calling the Candidates to Continuing Conversion will be held at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist on:

Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 16, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. - Bilingual
These liturgies do NOT include the celebration of Mass

During registration, you will be able to reserve space for your catechumens (unbaptized individuals), candidates (baptized individuals seeking full communion), sponsors, and up to two (2) RCIA Team members (including yourself, clergy, etc.). Baptized Catholics seeking only Confirmation should NOT attend.

Guests, families, and other team members are invited to attend and sit in the guest seating section during the rites as space allows.

Reserved spots will be given out as registrations are completed.

Before you begin your registration:

Please be as accurate as possible in reserving spots. We anticipate selling out of spaces, so spaces you do not use will keep other catechumens and candidates from participating.
You DO NOT need to register names.
All Catechumens and Candidates need a sponsor and must be included in this registration.
This liturgy is NOT for adult Catholics seeking Confirmation nor high school Confirmation candidates
