NCYC 2025 Group Registration

This form is to be completed by Catholic parishes or schools looking to bring a group to NCYC in November. Individuals must register with a parish or school group. We have sold out our initial ticket allotment and filled our buses. We are currently accepting parishes to join our waitlist for NCYC 2025 to add a third bus.

You are requesting to join our waitlist for NCYC 2025 as we look to fill a third bus (assuming hotel space is available). We might not be able to give all requested spots.

Once we confirm your group has been moved from the waitlist, a $330/participant deposit is required to reserve spots. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit.

**The total cost of the trip per participant is:

$730 - Before 8/30/25
$755 - Before 10/01/25

I understand the reserved spots are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The deposit is used to make necessary pre-payments for lodging, transportation and conference fees.
